For Bench Sales Recruiters

• Once you are logged in, you will be able to post multiple consultant profiles (Hotlist) and manage them from a single dashboard. You can search jobs posted by recruiters. You can filter your search based on skills, location, freshness, rate, experience and availability. You can also view contact information of the recruiter who has posted the job.
• You can apply with your consultant profile or message the recruiters asking for any details. You may also contact them over email/phone directly.
• You will also receive requests on your Hotlist. You can respond to them on the application or contact them over mail/phone.
• Whenever a consultant is not available, you may deactivate the profile to stop receiving further requests.

For C2C Recruiters

• Once you are logged in, you will be able to post jobs, search consultant profiles (hotlists) posted by Bench Sales Recruiters. You can filter your search based on skills, location, freshness, visa-type, rate, experience and availability.
• You can view consultant profile and download detailed resume. You can also view contact information of the Bench Sales Recruiter who has posted the consultant profile.
• You can message the Bench Sales Recruiters asking for consultant availability and other details. You may also contact them over email/phone directly.
• You will also receive responses for your job posts. You can respond to them on the application or contact them over mail/phone.
• Whenever a position is not available, you may deactivate the job post to stop receiving further requests.

For Job Seekers

• you will be able to post your profile and manage it from your dashboard. You can search jobs posted by recruiters. You can filter your search based on skills, location, freshness, visa-type, rate, experience and availability. You can also view contact information of the recruiter who has posted the job.
• You can apply with your profile or message the recruiters asking for any details. You may also contact them over email/phone directly.
• You will also receive requests on your profile. You can respond to them on the application or contact them over mail/phone.
