Follow-up Pitch:
“Hi (Candidate’s name). (Govind) here again from Mindlance.

back at your 1st convenience on (phone number), once again (phone number).
Bye!” Yes! We
now will do a follow up pitch as well, We will leave a follow up voice message
in case the candidate is not available in the 2nd attempt as well and not
simply hang up.

Unique identifier for avoiding multiple submissions:
Sample script - “In order to avoid
multiple submissions our client requires a unique
identifying number that includes the applicant’s BIRTH MONTH and DAY,
for example July 17th.

Check and Drug Test. Are you comfortable with that?”
What we can – What is your expected pay rate?

Don’t ask – Do you have a car? Do you have a vehicle?
Why Not – Candidate having a car/own transport isn’t
relevant to Attendance Issues OR their ability to be Mobile.

Is there anything that could interfere with your ability to
arrive to work on time each day?
Note - If
transportation is required (i.e. driver position) it is ok to ask and to
confirm. Confirm with the candidate that there is frequent travel required to
multiple sites where a company car is not provided. Ask if the candidate has
access to their own transportation & confirm how they will fulfill this
requirement.
