Job description:

Having
good knowledge on JDA TMS ABPP modules like Freight Auction / Accrual Chain /
Optimization Cockpit.
·
Good
problem solving skills. Have worked on several functional/technical issues in
JDA via JDA cases and consultation with JDA vendor support for any product
related issues.
·
Experience
in Incident Management/Change Management and providing Production Support for
JDA TMS/TP critical issues and production errors.
